Art on the Air April 24th, 2019 Trick Kelly, Kevin Clancy, Andre Bertolino, and Tobia Makover

We put our traveling pants on and went to the art fields, taking notes with a wild pack of creatives!

Rob stopped by the studios of Monkey Dungeon to chat with (Odd Lot Improv member in good standing) Trick Kelly about plague masks, straight jackets, VHS cassette bags, studded collars and other magical items.

Next, while trekking across the Savannah midtown plains, we both get details on ‘Conversation’ by Andre Bertolino, an upcoming exhibition of linocut prints at The Sentient Bean.

Then a visit to Kevin Clancy (Clarence McLancy) at his on:view residency space Sulfur Studios. His project "Worth Dying For" spurred on lots of great conversation.

Following the yellow striped road to the east, we then come upon the little yellow house on Bee Road to check in with friend of the show Tobia Makover! She and one of three of her collaborators, Lori Vrba, tell us about their unique pop-up exhibition "Kindred”, a photographic assemblage entity that really you should just hear them explain it... and, bonus track! Lori sings!

Enjoy the show, from the wilds of Savannah.
