Tonight on Savannah Music Local and Sustainable I have Rachel Barton Pine who is completing the hat trick of my talk/music programs having appeared in 2024 on Contemporary Classics with composer Earl Maneein talking about his violin concerto, in 2025 on Evening Eclectic with cellist Brandon Vamos of the Pacifica Quartet talking about the music of French impressionists. And with her tonight talking about Bach and baroque music with harpsichordist Jory Vinikour. They will be performing at the Bach Ascending concert here in Savannah coming up this Sunday, February 15th at 4pm at Congregation Mickve Israel on Monterey Square here in Savannah.
