Tonight on Evening Eclectic I a talking with conductor Ching-Chun Lai, who with the Rutgers Symphony Orchestra has created the new album HER SYMPHONIC VOICE which brings together the work of 4 women symphonic composers of the 20th and 21st centuries: Joan Tower, Chen Yi, Amy Beach and Gabriela Lena Frank. HER SYMPHONIC VOICE was released this past Friday, September 4th on Albany Records.
