Tonight on Evening Eclectic I have back conductor Alan Pierson of Alarm Will Sound and tonight we are joined by Michael Clayville, trombonist and a co-founder of Alarm Will Sound  to talk about Alarm Will Sound’s new album “New Acoustica”.  This new album is a sequel to their 2005 landmark album Acoustica, which reinterpreted Aphex Twin's electronic music for a chamber orchestra. New Acoustica expands the scope across two decades of electronic music including rave, footwork, hyperpop, and experimental club.  “New Acoustica” was released a week ago Friday on October 23rd on Cantaloupe Music.
