Raye Carr was born and raised in Guyana, South America until the age of 10 when her family relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. A personal dedication to getting to know and helping others has been a major theme in her life. Her endeavors have included serving in the U. S. Army for 8 years and she currently has the honor of being an Army Retiree. Following her time service she rededicated myself to healthcare and for 15 years enjoyed a fulfilling career as a Medical Assistant.

Shortly after her first experience with hypnosis, Raye enrolled in the Florida Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy where she earned the credentials of Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. She is also a personal trainer and motivational speaker and coach. Currently she uses her skills and talents to affect positive changes in the lives of her clients at Raye Carr Hypnotherapy.
