The Algonquin Kitchen
The Algonquin Kitchen is a "round table" culinary arts show featuring discussion about food and food preparation. There will be a potpourri of ideas, opinions, food culture and anecdotal stories - hence The Algonquin Kitchen. Subject matter will have an
emphasis on a wide range of food topics with an over all culinary tone. There will be studio
guests (hence the round table) and call-in guests. We will address unique and topical
subjects as they relate to the Culinary field with humor and the insight of
professional chefs. A mix of live and pre-recorded content and music
segments, guests and subject matter will range from local to global. The host Patrick "Paddy" Best has been a professional chef for for almost 35 years.
