    Welcome to the 64th edition of Music From the World.

    Today's broadcast will feature an eclectic mix beginning with Japanese Opera and ending with a long song from a renowned rock band from Bangladesh; which transitions from an acoustic ballad to soft rock, classic rock, hard rock and technical progressive metal. You will hear the famous father of modern tango, A great Japanese Jazz remake of a classic bossanova song, French Jazz, a new rising star who you have probably heard on TV commercials, one of the hottest singers in the former Soviet Union, Turkish light psychedelic, the first band that got me into foreign music, my favorite German pop star, and some light Swedish rock.
