    Below is some of the Glue that is needed to keep together a "Thriving Relationship"

    1. Companionship
      1. If you are going to be a good companion, you have to be compassionate
      2. Must NOT be built Mostly on oppression, depression, fear
    2. Partnership
      1. Not many in the Black community
      2. Need for Black couples to come together to create businesses
      3. Competition needs to be replaced with encouragement
      4. Learn to work together as a team
