Praises for the Rewards in Advance

Good day, good people! God wants us to realize he can do all things and he has given us power to believe so we can receive. Believe in the blessings of God in your life and let's praise him in advance for it!

Positive word of the day- meed- a deserved share or reward.

Scripture of the day- Deuteronomy 8:1, 10-11- Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may enter and possess the land the Lord promised on oath to your ancestors. 

10 When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you. 11 Be careful that you do not forget the Lord your God, failing to observe his commands, his laws and his decrees that I am giving you this day.

Ephesians 1:15-16-  For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, 16 I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. 

Grace for Daily Living

We may know and understand that by God’s grace, our sins have been forgiven, but we don’t always understand that we need the same grace for daily living that we needed for our salvation.

Many times, living a Christian life feels like we are failing. We get frustrated because we want to be what God’s Word instructs us to be, but we feel like we don’t have the power to behave accordingly.

But God’s Word teaches us to live for Jesus in the same way that we received Him—by grace. We are saved by grace, and we are to live by grace. When we do, we’ll have the peace and joy of the Holy Spirit, and we’ll live the powerful lives God has called us to live.

Prayer Starter: Lord, Grace is God’s underserved favor, and it is the power and ability needed for you to do whatever God asks you to do. His grace saves you, and then it carries you successfully through your journey with Him, amen.
