Swift Redemption

Good day. good people! God is doing something so great for us in this season. If we allow God to speak to our hearts he will reveal what needs to be revealed and lead us accordingly.

Positive word of the day- redemption- the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil.

the action of regaining or gaining possession of something in exchange for payment, or clearing a debt. (saving, vindication)

Scripture of the day- John 7:14-18 - 14 Not until halfway through the festival did Jesus go up to the temple courts and begin to teach. 15 The Jews there were amazed and asked, “How did this man get such learning without having been taught?”

16 Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me. 17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. 18 Whoever speaks on their own does so to gain personal glory, but he who seeks the glory of the one who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him.

Psalm 37:6- He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.

Through Disappointments

People will disappoint you. Life will disappoint you. Things will happen that you did not expect to happen, and you have to believe in the power of God and be able to say, "I can do whatever I need to do through Christ Who strengthens me." God will never allow more to come to us than we can bear, so it's foolish to say, "I can't stand this. I can't do this." We don't always understand why, but we know God has His reasons, and we can get through it.

Nobody can keep you unhappy if you don't want to be unhappy. Stop giving somebody else the responsibility for your joy. If you'll start to do what you can do and stop worrying about what you can't do, God can get involved and make some miraculous things happen in your life. I know that hurts are deep and painful, but we have to be very careful about just sitting in our boat and nursing our wounds for too long. There's a time to grieve, and there's a time you have to move on.

Prayer of the Day: Lord, my joy is found in You, and I can't rely upon others or life to bring me happiness. Help me to live in the strength You give, amen.
