The series compares and contrasts US music with that of other forms of music and artists from around the world. Tonight I will list my favorite bands and singers by region or country.
Tonight's playlist includes: German drinking music,Hungarian gypsy music, a film score from the Russian movie "Stilyagi", released in the USA as Hipsters, one of the most famous film score writers of all time, two of the most popular New Age artsists (from Greece and Ireland), two popular multi-lingual US singers, Greek Sirtaki music, South African Rap, and a popular traditional African genre from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
