• First up, we have, “But soft, what light through yonder window breaks? It is the East, and Juliet is the sun.” West Side Story was based on Shakespeare’s play, Romeo and Juliet. Here are the songs “Tonight”, from the original 1957 production, and “A Boy Like That / I Have a Love” from the film version.
