When The Moon Sings - November 24, 2018
This is a special program for me - the first show of my second year on WRUU. I've learned much, made new friends, and had a lot of fun.
In honor of the event, I'm going to use the same playlist I used for my first show. I chose the music most carefully for that one - only the songs that really moved me were on the playlist. Now, something like 500 songs later, I can't say that these are necessarily my favorites (like I said, I've learned a lot), but they all still move me.
We'll have Will Ackerman and his guitar, Adam Hurst on the cello, the somewhat puzzling song stylings of Harry Nilsson, Pat Metheny (12 string guitar), Bill Evans (piano) and a lot more.
Join us.
