Happy to welcome back Daniel Carey, President and CEO of the Historic Savannah Foundation, to the show today. Daniel had an interesting opinion piece in the Savannah Morning News a couple of weeks ago recommending that the City become more proactive in incentivizing greater development and density close to but outside of the downtown core. As always, Daniel will no doubt have interesting opinions on this topic and others regarding urban planning and preservation in Savannah. - Wayne
