On today's Savannah Lexicon from 8 to 9 a.m. Ellen Harris, Director of Urban Planning and Historic Preservation, and Anthony Cissell, award-winning architect with Sottile & Sottille and professor of architecture at SCAD, will talk about the challenges involved with designing architecture that is both beautiful and eminently functional for Savannah’s Landmark Historic District while also adhering to the city’s building ordinances designed to maintain the integrity of the district’s historic distinction.
