Alderman Van Johnson returns to Savannah Lexicon this morning from 8 to 9 to bring us up to date with things in District 1 and citywide. The conversation should touch on a number of citywide topics including the demise of the fire fee, the need to replace the monies the fee would have provided, the lessened penalties for modest amounts of marijuana, and other things. Alderman Johnson is always an interesting guest.
