Today's show brings Nick Palumbo, an award-winning preservationist who most recently served as the President of the Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association, to the studio. In 2018, Nick spearheaded an effort to create a conservation district for his neighborhood that would prevent historic homes from needless demolition. Following that effort, other neighborhoods have begun to follow suit and the Historic Savannah Foundation honored him with the prestigious Lee and Emma Adler Award for Preservation Advocacy.
