Shirley James, Festival Coordinator for the Savannah Black Heritage Festival, and Amanda Hollowell, SBHF Planning Committee Member, will join me in the studio this fine Thursday morn. This year festival is “Celebrating 30 Years of Black History, Culture and Art” and takes place February 1 through February 22. It will feature numerous events including National Freedom Day Observance, lectures, dance, spoken-word, music and more!
